The sauna and steam cabinet along with a shower cubicle with tantalising jets in the en-suite to the master bedroom is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. There are also fantastic views through the large picture windows in the living room.
Foxley Bank Stables Main House (ref UKC2563) offers a comfortable and peaceful environment, and with two seating areas to choose from, you really will be spoilt for choice. Enjoy dinner by the warmth of the wood burner in the dining room, or kick back in the living room and make the most of the 40" Freeview TV.
The Ribble Way footpath is close by, making this an excellent location for walkers exploring Lancashire and the Yorkshire Dales hills and valleys. Gisburn Forest is also nearby and offers many trails and cycle paths to explore, or you can fish along the stretch of river in Swaley (license required). The popular market towns of Clitheroe, 4 miles, and Skipton, which can be reached in under half an hour, both have castles, boutique shops and tea rooms, and are well worth a visit. Shop 2 miles, pub ½ mile, restaurant ¾ mile.
