The access to this cottage is not easy and the stairs are very tricky. The beds in the second bedroom are not comfortable enough for an adult and the bedding only big enough for children. Lots of nice features though and generous welcome gifts. Very handy for Holt, Sherringham and Cromer.

We found the cottage to be very small. It was OK for a weekend, but wouldn't want to spend a week there. And what can I say about the stairs? Very steep, corner as soon as you get on them and very small treads. You really need to take care especially if you have any problems with steps.

Response on behalf of the owner:- Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the size of the cottage and the stairs. We have tried to give a good idea of size in the photographs, and do state that we have steep stairs. We will however look in to whether there is anything else that we can do to improve our details.
