Lovely cottage, really great location and fabulous lay out. Great for us as a family but sharing with mates might have been an issue noise-wise with kids, as everything is open plan. Will need some updating in the near future- shower temperature was tepid or really hot by moving the dial a millimetre and we found the kitchen patio door difficult to close. But little things aside, what an awesome place. Would definitely return.

Lovely cottage, but perhaps it was not right for us. The property has all the mod cons you would want, great location and views. For us, a family with 3 children, we enjoy the odd day in to relax but the property isn’t designed for that. It was clean on the surface, just don’t look behind the scenes. All in all, we came away more tired than we started, but for the right customer a very nice cottage.

a lovely house in a lovely spot! there were a couple of wee niggles (poor phone signal/no wi-fi, both admittedly are largely out of the owner's control) and leaky kettle, non-functioning tin opener, shoogly top kitchen drawer but very minor to the overall experience 😀 I really would recommend the house and its location - despite poor weather there was loads to do and see nearby! I wouldn't recommend the local Spar for wood as their logs didn't fit (too big for the opening!). we had a great week and highly recommend this property!!! 😀

We had an excellent holiday at Foresters Croft. It was bright and spacious and worked well with the extended family all together including two young children and dogs :-) The garden was secure once we had put logs to block the bottom of the gate. We did also block the bottom of the stairs to prevent the dogs going up stairs! The dogs loved the garden and also enjoyed all the walks in the locality. The tiled floor down stairs was brilliant and easy to keep clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook several meals easily. Cots and high chair were available. We would definitely recommend this cottage and would use it again if ever we return to this area of Scotland.

The cottage was fine in general, beds were very comfortable, you will struggle to get up the driveway to it in wet weather as it is up a fairly steep farm track. Could probably do with a spruce up here and there. You are in easy reach of Ben Nevis, Loch Ness, cairngorm mountains etc. View out of lodge is pretty awesome.

Fantastic cottage with amazing views! Lots of space for all the family, very well equipped, warm and clean. The garden is a good size and is completely enclosed so was safe for our 2 escape artist border terriers! Would highly recommend Forester's Croft.
