Lovely comfortable cottage, wonderfully welcoming hosts who had thought of everything and a great base for exploring the area - two lovely National Trust properties within a couple of miles and a short hop to places like Ludlow and Hereford.

Lovely stay. Owners lovely, very thoughtful and obliging. It's a traditional cottage with some quirky features such as sloping stairs and upstairs floors that add to its charm and a separate garden to enjoy and relax in at the end of the day.

Very nice property in a quiet village with somewhere to walk the dog off the lead. Good dog friendly pub nearby with a nice selection of local ales and good food from a fairly standard menu supplemented with daily specials. Conveniently located for trips into Ludlow and Leominster.

We enjoyed a lovely short break at Fford house cottage. It is in a very quiet pretty village with good pub and shop. Our young dog enjoyed daily runs at the village green and woods, which is a few minutes from the cottage. The cottage has a very comfortable bed in a charming bedroom with good facilities all round.

A perfect quiet getaway. I went by myself and my two dogs. Jo & Bob were very welcoming. The cottage was very quaint and idyllic, with all the amenities. Ludlow town centre wasn't to far away with an Aldi & Tesco's for you to do a shop. I would definitely recommend this cottage to friends and family.

Lovely cottage, and very welcoming owners. The wood burner was perfect, bed very comfortable and although it was small, it was just perfect for a weekend away. Would definitely recommend.
