We enjoyed our weekend stay at Folly Cottage. It was warm and cosy with a happy blend of original features and modern amenities. We liked its location in the village of Kentisbeare, just a few steps from the post office/ general store and the local pub. The cottage is located down a tiny lane so larger vehicles may find it a challenge. Parking is where you can find it in the village. It can be busy at school pick-up and dropping off times. We parked at the pub one night with their permission. The only negatives for us with regards to the cottage would be the downstairs bathroom. The stairs and step at the bottom weren't ideal in the night. It wouldn't necessarily prevent us from staying there again if we needed to be in the area.
