Amazing experience, the setting fantastic. Sadly for us a problem with the heating meant that the first night was very cold. However once the heating kicked in it was cosy!

This was our third visit to Flag House. An amazing location and an extremely well equipped house. We love it here watching all the birds, we never seem to stop looking out the windows. Lucky enough this time to see 2 kingfishers and a seal even popped up a long way from home. Managed some fishing this time. First time we have stayed in the winter but the house was lovely and warm and cosy. There was very high tides so lots water around Riverside Estate so glad I had my wellies this time.

Flag house is a lovely place to stay. It is warm, comfortable and well equiped even for cold winters days when you want to cook a nice meal and watch the river from the comfort of an easy chair.
