We had a fantastic holiday staying at Daisy Cottage and were very sad to leave. The Farm park next door was amazing. Our children did not stop smiling, they had a great time with lots to see and do. They loved the layout of the cottage too.

Objectively nice place to stay. Clean, more spacious than some other cottages we have stayed in. Appreciated having a dishwasher. Great location for us near to nearby family. Thought the cottage lacked something in terms of atmosphere. As it was Christmas week, we would have appreciated some Christmas decoration e.g. small tree, which other cottages we have stayed in over Christmas have supplied (doesn't have to be much but adds to the ambiance). Would have appreciated some coffee (there was none) — every other cottages we have stayed in supplied coffee, even just a few sachets to get you started. Only discovered a few teabags (unsealed) stuffed into the sugar pot a few days into our stay (stained as they had obviously got a little wet at some point). Most cottages supply sealed sachets for tea bags or in a tea box/caddy that are obvious to find. Returning to a more positive note, the kids appreciated the gingerbread men and carrot cake. We went to the Pantomime at the farm, which was superlative. Other than this the cottage was cosy and warm.
