This was a lovely house very spacious & comfortable & absolutely everything we could possibly need was provided. The garden was huge & great fun for the children & dogs, the only reason I've scored a 9 is because the grass was very long - like a field so everyone got very wet feet when it rained. The conservatory at the back of the house was a great space & nice to be in even if it was raining. I don't think it says in the info but there are 2 toilets, one down stairs. Nothing much to do in the immediate area but only 4mls to Maryport where there is Click & Climb & Cave & Wave which the kids loved & it's also an interesting sea port. Would definitely stay there again if wanted to be in that area.

We were a party of 7 people and then two small dogs. Considering we stayed for 4 nights only during the last week in July (2018), I thought we got great value for money. At the back of my mind I had the 'too good to be true' thought rolling around but it was honestly fantastic. Weather wasn't the best but you obviously cannot blame the booking for that. And the local chip shop was poor - didn't have pies in and no-one seemed to know whether they had or not. It was fish, chips or sausage - please be warned. Games, books and DVD's were available and there was sufficient tea, coffee, biscuits, etc to start you off when you arrived - very thoughtful. But the accommodation was faultless. The bedroom on the 2nd floor was amazing, as were the others to be fair. Two toilets, very handy in the four bedroomed property. Would definitely consider again and would certainly recommend.
