Excellent dog friendly cottage. Near to forest walks, villages and towns with plenty of pubs/restaurants available if you want to eat out and need to take your dog with you. In addition, the cottage has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay including dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of cooking utensils. Owners are lovely and very welcoming. Highly recommend for this location.

A lovely, well equipped cottage in a great location for exploring near and far. We enjoyed spending time in the garden, exploring the local woodlands and travelled further afield during our long weekend. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Needs some TLC and unfortunately had not been cleaned prior to our 3pm arrival. This was through no fault of the host who was very kind and apologetic. Mouldy bath mat, constantly dripping tap in the bathroom, bath that wouldn't drain due to a blockage that we dealt with ourselves, dead flowers on the windowsill and kick board falling off in the kitchen and dirty carpet in the hallway led to an uncared for feel. Outdoor paved areas could also do with a wash/ sweep. However it was in a lovely location and we made the best of it. Bed was comfortable and the house had everything you may need for your stay. Lovely enclosed garden that the dog particularly enjoyed.
