The holiday cottage was clean, comfortable. Good location. Perhaps a few more pans in the kitchen would be good.

This cottage was in a good location for us. The annexe was great for the two guests with us. The cottage was very cold on arrival. It would have been a nice touch to have had the heating on low just to take the edge off the coldness. The quilt was particularly thin so was very cold in the night and mattress was uncomfortable. Despite these moans I liked the cottage and would stay again( but bring my own quilt!!) Parking wasn't an issue although someone did knock and ask if a van was ours ( it wasn't and was there all weekend)

Nice holiday, no thanks to the cottage. The loo didn't work when we arrived (though this was remedied quickly), the property smelt of stale smoke, the windows leaked, we couldn't change the timing on the heating, the annex didn't have bulbs in any of the lamps, nor did it have a battery in the smoke alarm! Parking wasn't available as a neigbour was parked in the plot which was definitely for this cottage, but we were warned by previous guests in the guest book not to bother having the argument. As well, the carpets were stained and much of the other decor quite tired. Overall I think the property is due a bit of a refresh (and some arrangement with the neighbour!)
