Tawny Roost is self contained two bedroomed apartment and is laid over the top two floors within Exeter House. You enter the building through the building door, up a shared communal hallway and staircase and enter the apartment through its own private front door. The apartment is aptly known as Tawny Roost as tawny owls are often heard outside. Entering the apartment you are instantly wowed by the space and well lit kitchen and dining area with views over the leafy green Slopes. This kitchen is supplied with the basics such as glasses, crockery, pans, and cutlery and more, and is equipped with the following appliances: 4 ring electric hob, electric cooker, fridge with freezer box and a dishwasher. These are perfect for your stay should need them however, you may not spend much time cooking in the kitchen considering how close you are to the towns food spots but nevertheless everything is provided should you wish too and the dining table comfortable seats all guests and can even be extended. Then within the flat is a private staircase to the top floor, that opens on to the landing with access to both bedrooms, the huge bathroom and the open living area with comfortable sofa, smart TV and cosy lighting. Of the two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The spacious family bathroom has a luxury feel and has a fabulous bath with a shower over head.
