There is a lovely sandy beach at Ganavan, just 2 miles’ drive along the coastal road. Dunollie, Dunstaffnage and Kilchurn are some of the nearby castles to visit as part of a day’s sightseeing. Further afield but within an hour’s drive, visitors can enjoy the scenery of Glencoe, take a trip to Fort William to see Ben Nevis, catch the Harry Potter train or visit Inveraray Jail and Castle.
