Endeavour's End Cottage is a spacious and well set out, comfortable, clean cottage . The beds are very comfortable and the addition of a downstairs shower/wet room is a real bonus. The cottage has a lovely long garden for the dogs to run in and we would certainly come again. There is a lovely wood for walks, with or without dogs and we found the Masonic Arms pub at the top of the town to be the best place for a drink and a meal. There is a Spar supermarket but if you're looking for a fish and chip shop or a Chinese/Indian restaurant or takeaway you will have to travel afar!

Kitchen diner could do with new table and chairs. Church pews are far too heavy to move. They are not comfortable to sit on at the table. The bed in the back bedroom needs looking at, slats were out of place.

The house was lovely. A real home-from-home retreat. Everything you could possibly need and more, was provided. It was cosy and comfortable, with interesting artwork all over the house. A lovely garden with a great view. Gatehouse of Fleet is a really nice village . There are fabulous walks, cafes and shops, all within walking distance of the house. One of the most dog friendly places I’ve been to. I would definitely go back again if holidaying in that area.

Lovely cottage in a fabulous area. The cottage was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and a great base for exploring the area. The kitchen was fantastically equipped, with everything you could need, the beds were very comfortable, with quality bedding and the shower was excellent. Overall, excellent value for money and a real home from home feel.
