Lovely place...very spacious in all rooms...nicely secluded, whilst close to easily accessible amenities...Weak WiFi and phone signal, but that's a good thing! Very pleasant hosts. Short time to nearby coastal areas

Everything was lovely. The house was an absolute pleasure and delight to stay in. The history of the building and the stone structure and fireplaces just made it so much more special. The host, Lorraine, is a lovely lady. She keeps the house extremely clean and had a cream tea laid out on the dining room table for us upon arrival and fresh flowers in the kitchen. Lyme Regis is only around 30 minutes drive, Sidmouth is around 20 minutes. But it is so beautiful in this area you don't need to go far to find somewhere to go. We only stayed for 3 nights and while we were there it was my son's 18th. There is a piano in the living room and we had a good sing along after a bbq. Oh and if you have a dog, there is a great field to let it off the lead and have a run. One of the best breaks we have had. It really is a home from home and very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and we probably will.

We couldn't have wished for a better holiday home, it was amazing and we haven't stopped telling everyone about it. Lorraine and her mum were wonderful hosts. The cream tea was a lovely touch and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The nesting house martins kept us so entertained, it was the talking point at breakfast! The whole setting was perfect and we hope to return soon.

This is an amazing cottage. It is so well equipped, comfortable and clean. The owner, Lorraine couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Our kids loved helping her on the farm. The location is peaceful and relaxing. We can’t wait to return.

Where to start. The amazing views, fantastic property, wonderful host?? The most beautiful holiday cottage. enjoy a piece of history, immaculately decorated and sympathetic to the original features. The views of the farm and Devonshire countryside are glorious. As for Lorraine who is a most wonderful host. She made us feel so welcome and created family memories that will last a lifetime. As well as Lorraine’s super women powers. The rest of the family are just as lovely. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Devon.
