Having read the previous reviews I was almost afraid of what I might find when we arrived. Happily the cottage was very clean and fresh. The bathroom and kitchen are in need of an update, but they were functional and clean. The cottage was warm and cosy. But for the me the real highlight was the view from every window, it was spectacular and ever changing. The cottage was situated in an ideal spot to walk along the coastal path. Many restaurants, bars, take- aways and shops all within walking distance. We had a great holiday.

The first thing I found out was the bed I was going to sleep in had not been changed. It had obviously been slept in and was full of dog biscuit crumbs. When I used the shower the water came through the kitchen ceiling. The fridge has one and a half shelves and the ice box does not work but the shelf under it freezes food. Lots of crumbs down the side of the cooker. When you run the hot water for washing up the central heating comes on. Last but by no means least - the gas fire need urgent attention there is black smoke coming from it and no blue flame just a very yellow one.
