Manorbier’s golden sandy beach, overlooked by its beautiful medieval Manorbier Castle and Norman church, is a 5-minute stroll away from these delightful holiday cottages. Delfryn sleeps four in two bedrooms on the first floor and a living room with a two-seater sofa and three armchairs. Outside there is a small gravelled, enclosed garden to the front with bistro table and two chairs, original 17th century stone staircase (12 uneven slate steps) and partly cobbled path to small private upper terrace, bordered by 3ft high original fortified stone walls on 4 sides (care with small children please, steep drop on one side of wall).

At the head of a wooded valley, the cottage has open views from the upper terrace of the garden, across the valley, out to Barafundle Bay and Stackpole Head beyond. Delfryn is the major part of the original 17th century farmhouse and has been beautifully renovated and restored with a wealth of period features such as sash windows, Victorian fireplaces and polished wooden floors. Across the courtyard, was formerly the farm coach house and dates from the 18th century. An assortment of small early 17th century outbuildings and fortified garden walls complete the character of this unique and very special place. Beach short 5-minute walk.

This property can be booked together with Ty Mor (QC1266) and Hafod (QC1268) can accommodate up to 17 guests.
