The property was clean and tidy. Bedrooms were spacious. Complimentary milk, biscuits, tea, coffee and orange juice was great surprise. Unfortunately the property did not have an information folder and therefore when there was no hot water after 8pm we were not able to wash. There was no hot water the following morning either. Was surprised there was no washing up liquid in kitchen and hand washing soap in toilet.
