The property is at the end of a quiet country lane and well set out for visiting local attractions. it was disappointing in several areas however, the Wifi reception is very poor and intermittent it is poorly equipped in terms of cutlery saucepans etc. The hob on the cooker works poorly and the smoke alarm went off at regular intervals and was difficult to reach and there were no replacement batteries on site. Finally in over 30 years of visiting welcome/cottages properties this is the first one where there was no welcome pack, not even a pinch of salt ! If you visit make sure you bring every item you need. This is a great shame as clearly from the visitors book the Owners take no notice of adverse comments and a potential great property is therefore spoilt

Very friendly hosts. We were comfortable and warm but we were a little surprised to find most of the furniture, fittings and equipment rather dated. We recommend bringing the cottage up to more modern living. The one way dual carriageway was a bit tiresome each day.
