Croft of Feithhill is situated on a working farm in the beautiful countryside of Aberdeenshire. The property has been lovingly renovated throughout in 2020 by the owners who farm the local area. There is a spacious hallway which leads though to an open seating area where you can take in the wildlife on your doorstep. The stunning open-plan kitchen/dining room is well-equipped and has French doors leading to a decked area, where you can spend those evenings star gazing (there is no light pollution due to the remote location). There is a formal living room with comfortable leather sofas, and the master bedroom has a small dressing area and an en-suite shower with underfloor heating.

This very beautiful part of Scotland offers many activities for the discerning visitor, including walking, golfing, salmon and trout fishing, skiing in the Highlands and surfing the waves of Scotland’s sandy beaches at Sandend and Banff. The unspoilt fishing villages of Crovie, Pennan, Gardenstown, Portsoy and Cullen are well worth a visit and although rural, the cottage is within an easy drive of Huntly, Turriff and Banff. The area boasts many festivals throughout the summer including Fochabers Speyfest, Dufftown Whisky Festivals, Portsoy Boat Festival, Turriff Show, Keith Show and various local highland games. Explore the rugged coastline, try pony trekking, tracing your ancestors or visiting National Trust properties. An ideal base to explore this lovely part of Scotland. Beach 18 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 6 miles.
