The holiday cottage, which sits adjacent to the owner’s home, is well-equipped and set over two floors. The setting is dramatically situated between Creag Mhor hill and the Avon Dhu River, which becomes the River Forth 100 yards from the cottage. The property has a downstairs shower room, a large family kitchen/dining room and a comfortable living room with wonderful ornate carved open fire - this room has a delightful view over the river. Upstairs there are three bedrooms – one double, a twin and a single, as well as a family bathroom. The half-acre garden is south-facing with a large lawn, outdoor seating and a shared gravel driveway. From the back garden there is direct access onto Creag Mhor hill.
