We had a great week in Welshpool and the local area. Christine was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. It was lovely to arrive to fresh baked scones and lemon drizzle cake.

A very nice and comfortable cottage. Welshpool is an ideal location to visit this part of Wales and Shropshire. We had excellent walks along the local canal and the aqueducts near Llangollen. The owner, Christine was very helpful indeed.

A wonderful, friendly welcome was waiting for us at this quaint little cottage. Being so close to the town, it was perfect for our needs. We will definitely return in a heart beat.

This is the second time we have stayed at cosilea cottage, it is very central to all the shops, powis castle is about a mile away, christine had left us a lovely welcome tray with home made cakes and home made jam, would certainly stay a third time.

A very comfortable and well equipped cottage. Christine was very welcoming and the home made cakes she provided were delicious- we appreciated the gesture and thoroughly enjoyed them. There is a mass of information on local amenities- the cottage is very central, with the rail station in easy walking distance- we hardly used the car. Parking is provided in a designated parking spot- another really appreciated amenity. We had a really good week and will definitely return. I would highly recommend this property and area.

Cosilea is a charming, characterful cottage, which has been furnished in a sympathetic way. Nice touches are a dressing area upstairs, the canopy over the patio area, which makes it an all-weather seating area and the retention of a working outside loo (in summer), which provides an additional facility. Parking is a dedicated place opposite the cottage in the cul-de-sac. Despite being only about 50 yards from the main street , it is very quiet. The proximity of the town centre and the flat terrain was ideal for me, being in a wheelchair and having to be pushed by my husband.

Loved our stay in this cosy cottage. Fantastic location within walking distance of all amenities but very peaceful at the same time. Great base to explore Mid and North Wales. Owner was lovely, left us delicious cakes and scones when we arrived and even a cupcake for my 6 year old. I will definitely book this cottage again!

A well positioned terraced cottage. Everything was just lovely and we enjoyed our stay. The welcome tray hit the spot on arrival. The rooms are snug but space enough for three adults. The sofa and arm chair are a bit tired and cushions are very soft, but that's just my opinion. The cottage is well equipped and suited us well as we catered for ourselves mainly.
