Great location. Good size bedrooms with bathrooms. Good size garden. Kitchen fully equipped. Only issue no wifi. Second bedroom upstairs needs new bed and furniture bit worn. Garden swing broken. Apart from this lovely cottage.

Was very disappointed with the cottage as it was sold as 5star luxury. That couldn't have been further from the truth... there was broken glass under the couch, so then I had to hover and mop the floor, the units in the kitchen were were thick with dirt underneath, the fridge door was broken, the clothes horse was held up with bandages, the iron board was so flimsy it collapsed on my foot,I could go on and on ..... There was no phone signal and to top it all no wifi, they left a card saying you could go to Newquay and by yourself a dongle!! This is classed as 5star luxury more like 2 star and certainly not luxury!!!😩

The place is nice! Nice bathrooms, great showers, really nice beds, spotlessly clean- but there were a few things that seriously undermined its value and affected our experience. We were disappointed by some things that could very easily be remedied: We went for xmas week which was at a massively inflated price yet there were NO xmas decorations!!!!! NONE! A box of crackers doesn't cut it. I knew this before I went as luckily I called and asked. I took my own tree!!!! I was told there was no storage space. There was a lot of storage space in the eves in the bedrooms. Even a set of fairly lights would have helped! No internet - which we knew but NO phone service at all, which we didn't know but the owners would know. Zero phone reception. How does a rental get a high star rating without internet?! I will never stop in a place without internet again becasue if there is no phone reception either it it too isolated - especially at xmas! No serving platters/plates/dishes. Not really geared up for cooking at home. We could only seat 4 at the dining table. It's 6 birth! when we arrived the place was boiling hot. The cleaner was still there so I asked how I could turn the heating down. i was told not to touch the storage heaters. there were no instructions for them. The place was unbearably hot and we had to turn them off and open all the windows in december!!!! The directions are incorrect. The postal address is not where parking and access is to the front door. The written directions tell you to turn on to Harland road. It is HARTLAND.
