Excellent place to stay. Owners lovely and very helpful if required. Would certainly go again. Train and bus links very good for Exeter, Exmouth, Teignmouth and Torbay. Group travel on train very cheap so didn't need to use cars at all. Good off road parking but a tight fit for a Skoda Octavia and a Honda Jazz. Two small cars would be much easier.

A lovely cottage that suited our family of 3 generations really well. Very handy within walking distance for the beach and local shops. Also useful to have parking outside the house. Would be very happy to return.

Lovely, clean cottage in a good location for exploring the local area. Probably the best equipped we've ever stayed in with some nice touches i.e. umbrella's and slippers available for guests to use. The one downside was the lack of a garden but it didn't spoil a very enjoyable holiday.

We have stayed in a fair few of holiday cottages, and this one definitely measured up. It was very clean with lots of thoughtful little added extras like wine on arrival, shower gel, hair dryers, umbrellas (which came in handy). It is in a nice location, with plenty of local amenities. There were only five of us so we had more than enough room. The highchair and travel cot provided were comfy for our littlest. The only thing we could have done with were some darker curtains for the kids bedrooms as they struggled to sleep with the light pouring in. We only had one large car, which was easy to park on the front. Not sure my parallel parking skills would have been up to getting two medium sized cars parked up! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
