The house was lovely and clean. they provided for us all the necessities , however, the heating were not working and did not get help needed for it. we were glad that it turned out to be a warm weekend.

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your review, and we are glad you found the house clean and well prepared with everything for your visit. We are sorry about your problem with the heating controls. Our caretaker was on hand and able to immediately supply you with alterative heaters so that this did not spoil your stay. The heating is new and fully operational and we left each radiator individually programmed as usual for your visit for ease of use. Unfortunately, we found on return that some had been switched to frost setting, which turns them off- this is easy to do but easily remedied. We are amending our instructions to ensure this is absolutely clear for future visitors.
