Fantastic location and really nice setting. The cottage is lovely with a warm cosy feel. Parking is really simple and handy. The furniture and decor could do with updating however was perfectly comfortable. (The shower cubicle is only made for slim people) The rooms are a good size and comfortable. It would benefit from a deeper clean at some point. I was told that there was no highchair in the property so took my own however there is one in the upstairs cupboard. It does feel slightly like your holiday is cut short due to a 4.00pm check in and a 10.00am check out. I think a check in at 2.00pm would feel like you were getting more of your holiday. Overall though a lovely cottage and we would return.

Downstairs was a bit small for 6 people, especially the kitchen, but the location was fantastic. If used again would go maximum of 4 people.

We have stayed at many cottages and have never not had a welcome pack. Even on a short break we would expect a loaf of bread and a pint of milk. The living room furniture was very dirty and the floor too. The windows we couldn’t see very well out of as they too were very dirty. The property is tired and needs some tlc The location is very good and had some enjoyable walks nearby. Unfortunately we wouldn’t choose to stay at this property again.

Location great, in centre of Cromer with a parking space. This cottage is advertised as and sleeps 6 but is more suutable for 4. The dinung room table can be extended but was broken. There are 2 extra chairs but they have to be brought down from the bedrooms. Our biggest issue was with equipment in the cottage. Light bulbs not working and no spares available. Dishwasher obviously hadn't been working properly for some time so the crockery we went to use was dirty! The fridge is very tiny. The frying pan was rusty and unusable. There was one tea towel to use for a whole week! There are no wardrobes. There was a coat peg system in main bedroom but not ideal. We enjoyed the location but feel that this cottage was overly priced and we feel very disappointed. We felt that the cottage was unloved.

Quiet, easy parking, off the main thoroughfare with easy to get to wildlife reserves but also basic shopping and right beside the sea. Separate 3 storey accommodation was ideal. Charming but modern.

Excellent location. Very little storage especially downstairs, so had shoes stored on stairs and other stuff on the hallway floor. As others have said; fridge is tiny and dining in was not easy. Shower goes hot and cold so only used it the once. Overall, okay for the 2 of us, but too small for 6 people.

Overall we were very pleased with this accommodation for our family holiday. The location is excellent for easy access to town and the beach. The combination lock on the front door avoids the need to worry about keys. Although quite cosy the layout of the cottage is good and certainly spacious enough for a family of four or five. Couple of minor improvements we can suggest: a lot of the crockery in the kitchen is chipped and aging; the rug in the middle of the front room could do with replacing; the shower fluctuates between hot and luke-warm - not sure if that can be fixed?
