    We had another lovely week at coalville house this was our 4th's a great base for a family holiday...The owners are so lovely and so is Helmsley...we will see you soon.

    Beautiful house which I presume is 1920’s with furniture and furnishings to match. This house is Grandad chic so if you’re expecting ultra modern, you’d best look elsewhere! Fab location to the market square and pubs and restaurants, shops are nice for little gifts but it’s not somewhere you could do a weekly shop at, more a pint of milk and a loaf (the bakers is awesome)!

    Great location and gardens, lovely views over Helmsly and the castle. House is let down by the bathroom and lounge, which both req updating.
