The village is well served with a grocers, public houses and a couple of antique shops. Every August Yoxford has a highly regarded arts festival. We had a short break of only three nights, but we were very comfortable. The location was good for exploring Southeold,Aldeburgh and visiting the castle Framlingham Wifi in cottage was a bit hit and miss

Loved our stay. Gorgeous cottage and wonderful location. Well stocked kitchen, warm throughout (we stayed in December). Only thing that could make it even better would be secondary glazing on front bay which would vastly reduce the noise of cars (only noticeable as people travel to/ from work). Other than that we all loved it and will definitely return. Thank you!

We went in the door and Breathed a sigh of pleasure. The weekend was wonderful, we were welcomed into the Griffin and had a lovely meal twice. The cottage could not have been more comfortable and suited us perfectly in every way. Thank You very much Lindy and Steve Dalton
