Lovely little cottage, clean and with all the essentials. The only downsides are that it relies on electricity and a wood burner for heating which in summer is not likely to be an issue, but as the temperature drops it is likely that you will have to top up the meter to keep it warm especially if you are not used to dealing with a wood burner. The only other issue is the access, there is no problem parking the car, but you are virtually unsighted when trying to turn out into the busy main road.

Cottage was lovely ,very clean spacious and had everything we needed. It was however damp and cold our clothes felt damp after being in the wardrobe. We personally didn't like the feel of living in a corner of a car park with no outside space to relax in , but the location was good for getting to Scarborough and Filey. We enjoyed our week overall.

Loved the location it’s in a beautiful village with good amenities close by. The cottage was clean and spacious for our family of four and made an excellent base for exploring Yorkshire.
