Making your way over the decking, admiring the stunning views as you pass, enter this unique lodge to find an open-plan layout with underfloor heating throughout, with every thought being put into the stunning design and interior fittings. The open plan interior design makes for a light airy space, with the entrance door allowing the light to flood through.
The living area boasts comfortable seating and a pull out 45” Smart TV giving an excellent place to relax after a day exploring the wonderful North York Moors National Park. Over in the stylish kitchen area you can find all the essentials, and you will be able to prepare a meal in no time. With a plush king size bed made with luxury Egyptian cotton you are guaranteed a perfect night’s sleep. Adjacent to the open plan area is a gorgeous bathroom complete with rain shower which is just what you need after a day walking and taking in the surrounding countryside. The owners also provide bathrobes, slippers, towels and handmade soaps in the bathroom and the lodge has its’ own seated dressing area with hairdryer, straighteners, and built-in wardrobe.
At the end of each day, spend some time sat out on the decking toasting to your wonderful retreat, with the wood land making a beautiful backdrop at any time of year. With the lodge situated within walking distance to the heart of Helmsley, the local pubs, restaurants, shops, and Helmsley Brewery are within easy reach. You can explore the stunning North York Moors National Park, which is full of bike trails and fantastic, scenic walks. Including the very popular Rievaulx Abbey. Nearby towns include Malton (15 miles) Pickering (13 miles) Thirsk (14 miles) and York (24 miles). Or if you fancied a day at the beach Scarborough and Whitby are only approximately a 50-minute drive away. The only issue you will have at this stunning holiday cottage is trying to fit everything in so why not book another few days!
