Wonderful house and stunning views and Katy was wonderfully welcome and friendly to us all. The children loved the games room and there was plenty of space for two families of four. It is a bit far from the nearest town but that means you really do feel away from it all. Thanks for everything, would definitely recommend.

Great cottage in a great location. Fantastic scenery from just about every window. Kate was such a friendly host and has made sure there is everything you could possibly need. There are lots of places to visit in the brilliant area of North Wales. Would highly recommend this holiday home. Thanks for letting us stay in your cottage Kate.

A very warm and comfortable cottage with plenty of room for the 9 of us. It’s ‘away from it all’ location added to it’s charm.

Cleriach was a lovely place to stay, owner is really helpful and friendly. Sadly Cleriach was just too remote for our needs and restricted us going out in the evenings. Definitely no local amenities!

Well equipped cottage, spacious rooms, plenty of space for 10 people. Loved the kitchen with its huge table, we could all sit round it. Good value for money. Very friendly and helpful owner - thank you Katie!

Away from it all, including amenities so go prepared! Excellent accommodation, very comfortable with great views. Driving across the moors is great, you can see for miles and very little traffic. House is well equipped, complete with bottled/chilled water, large fridge, large freezer and another smaller fridge in the second kitchen. The owner was very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Despite low temperatures outside (10 degs), the house was warm without any heating. A great holiday.

The cottage is in a peaceful remote spot with simply fabulous views. If you want to escape the “madding crowd” this is the place for you. It is also very dog-friendly with a safe garden. We didn’t have any children with us and kids might perhaps miss the amenities that a town could offer.

Arrived following excellent communication and directions from owner and were wowed when we arrived. The view was amazing and being surrounded by lambs a bonus for the kids! Cottage was great, spacious, welcoming, clean and great facilities. More than enough of everything for 10 people. It is in the middle of nowhere with nothing around which was what we wanted as the kids could roam free outside with no concerns. Many of the attractions/ seaside towns were no more than an hours drive away. The only small criticism we had was that noise really travels! Once one family was up, the rest of the house had no choice as the floors/ stairs are very creaky! Can't be helped though and didn't ruin our weekend 😊
