We had a great family holiday get together at this wonderful house. 5 adults, 2 children and dogs. Plenty of room for us all, brilliant kitchen with everything you need to cook meals for everyone. Location for us was brilliant nice and peaceful away from any traffic in the middle of nowhere with lovely views which is just what we where looking for. If your looking to get away from it all this is the perfect location. Great garden for the dogs and children very secure and plenty of room to run around. Highly recommended. Katy the owner is a lovely lady, very friendly and always on hand if we needed anything. We are even planning our next visit already.

Host Kate was very welcoming. She even went out to look for the Tesco delivery man when he couldn't locate the farmhouse. Everything you could possibly need was available. Kate even bought a new slow cooker for us to use after asking if she had one. Comfy beds, loads of towels, plates, crockery etc. Full size fridge and freezer was great. Only downside was I couldn't get a mobile signal and the WiFi at the house was a bit intermittent. The track to the house was also a bit bumpy! Would definitely recommend. The dogs loved it to

The house was really lovely and there was a very warm welcome. The house is large and warm, plenty of room for the nine of us and the dog was made welcome. The younger members of the party loved the games room. The views from each window were fantastic and it was particularly joyous to see the lambs skipping in the sunshine. However, there were some disappointments with the local area. The nearest pub did not serve meals without booking and they didn’t even have a menu, though once a month there is a great quiz night which we really enjoyed. Although the house is on two marked treks - the Pilgrim’s way and the Clwyddian Way, the paths were not always well marked and easy to follow with missing stiles and cattle in fields. We tried hard to buy local produce and spend money in the local economy but in the end most things were bought in Morrisons in Denbigh and were exactly the same as we buy at home.

Wonderful house and stunning views and Katy was wonderfully welcome and friendly to us all. The children loved the games room and there was plenty of space for two families of four. It is a bit far from the nearest town but that means you really do feel away from it all. Thanks for everything, would definitely recommend.

A very warm and comfortable cottage with plenty of room for the 9 of us. It’s ‘away from it all’ location added to it’s charm.

Cleriach was a lovely place to stay, owner is really helpful and friendly. Sadly Cleriach was just too remote for our needs and restricted us going out in the evenings. Definitely no local amenities!
