A carefully curated collection of properties that offer high quality, good value accommodation in great locations across the UK, Ireland, France and Italy

This delightful cottage is located on the Cotswold Water Park, and makes a lovely retreat for nature lovers, and an ideal touring base.

This attractive cottage is set on the quieter side of the award-winning Lower Mill Estate, a 450-acre nature reserve boasting a large variety of wildlife and a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Built in Cotswold style, the cottage has a southerly aspect with uninterrupted views across Somerford Lagoon, the largest lake on the estate. The decking provides a wonderful location for al fresco meals from breakfast to dinner. Steps lead down from the gated decking area to a pontoon onto the lake. The River Thames flows 20 yards from the front door and the Thames Path leads to the source of the Thames near the village of Kemble. The village of Somerford Keynes is a short walk away where the local pub offers freshly prepared home cooked food and local cask ales. The surrounding area offers a network of lakeside paths and bridleways to explore hidden countryside on foot or by bike. Many fine traditional pubs, cafés and hotels are found in local Cotswold villages offering delicious homemade food and speciality beverages. The historic town of Cirencester is a short drive away and beautiful towns and villages such as Bath, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, Broadway and Cheltenham are all within easy access. The Cotswold Water Park offers a host of activities including water skiing, cable skiing, archery, shooting, paintballing, golf, aerial adventure, angling, horse riding, sailing, canoeing and rally driving. Clearwater Cottage is a very clean, cosy and comfortable property in a spectacular position right on the edge of the lake. All 3 generations of our family enjoyed it tremendously and although it was half term, the venue didn't feel particularly crowded and was very peaceful.

An absolutely stunning setting. Very comfortable cottage with everything you could need for a lovely stay. Throw in wall to wall sunshine and, like us, you'll have an amazing weekend. We couldnt keep our boys (8 and 5) out of the kayaks! Just lovely. It's a shame there is no access to the on site spa with this cottage but the outside pool was an added bonus. I can't fault this cottage as a base to explore the area.

Cottage small for 6 people. Location good. Weather improves this holiday cottage. Very little outside space. Many rules and regulations which may bother some people. Tiny kitchen. Cottage contents range from poor to excellent.

What a find! The cottage itself was just lovely - we felt it was lovlier and more spacious than the photos, . Two single mums with 2 boys each managed very well for our week's stay - though being blessed with the weather really helped. There was a lovely welcome package with fresh coffee, wine and a beautiful homemade cake. Tea, coffee and milk were waiting for us.... Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING we needed was provided for in the cottage. The DVD collection is good, there's a TV in the master bedroom, the kitchen is so well supplied for family cooking, with plenty of crockery, pots and pans, knives and chopping boards. Everytime I wondered if there was a ?, I had a rummage and there it was! The beds were comfy - and there are 2 bathrooms and a downstairs shower. Just everything is though of - I could just go on an on - we actually didn't want to leave. Thanks so much to the owners, Marion and Brian for so thoughtfully equipping the cottage - we will definitely be back.

Lovely well equipped cottage on Lake edge. Home made Victoria sponge and bottle of bubbly with welcome pack. Kids loved canoes and outdoor pool. Excellent base to explore local area.

Fantastic cottage equipped with everything to make it home from home. The arrival welcome pack was greatly appreciated. The surrounding views where beautiful, despite weather not being on our side. The complex could do to spend some of the money in investing in a better entertainment/activity centre and reducing the hire cost of the things on offer also a giving the spa a face lift in the summer holidays to me seems a bit like bad planning.

The cottage was so clean and well equipped, all the towels and bedding were lovely and white, and smelt fresh and clean. The owners left a welcome basket and a bottle of prosseco in the fridge which was a lovely touch. Although it was July, on the Saturday we were there it was quite cold so we had a fire in the log burner, very cosy. The view out of the back was stunning, and with the added extra of having a jetty and use of the boats made it extra special. The whole complex was clean and in a great place to explore the area.
