Charming well-equipped cottage. Comfortable beds and sofas. Peaceful location and lovely to sit in the garden listening to the birds. 30 minute walk to the beach and 40 minute walk to Dunbar. Supermarket 10 minute drive. We stayed to visit Edinburgh Zoo, but also found some stunning beaches and saw a deer and a whale. Would stay again.

Great location for beaches, Dunbar and close to train station into Edinburgh. Unfortunately, we arrived to find old damp towels in the shower and the previous guests bottles of drink in the fridge. House was dusty and not very clean. Towels & linen all old and threadbare. The house has potential to be really nice but my experience was disappointing.
