A clean and comfortable cottage , but no garden, website states parking on site for 1 car ,you cannot realistically park on site. The nearby public car park has restricted parking. Also cottage is situated on a 4 way traffic controlled busy road junction ,so traffic noise is a problem. This is defineatly not a country cottage.

A beautiful holiday cottage clean and comfortable. All equipment was provided. A lovely touch to have cream teas provided when we arrived. Useful to have a car in Cornwall. A fantastic holiday.

The steps at the bas of stairs are lethal, they are slate and not easy to walk on, the area is dark, when coming downstairs, as the light switch for that area is downstairs. The lock on the front door has a mind of its own, difficult to lock. The back entrance. has no guard rail on initial steps which are steep and narrow, the two steps down to the garden from back door very steep for young people or the elderly, or arthritic sufferers. The water pipes make whining noise quite a lot of the time after use. Sorry , but I have to be honest
