The cottage was very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was brilliant. The village pub was closed on the Saturday we arrived so we had to drive for a meal. It was also shut on the Monday and Tuesday. There was no village shop. The village was very pretty and I couldn't fault the cottage.

Really lovely location and house. Spotlessly clean and consideration for guests' comfort and relaxation. Good access with all on one level -thjust 2 steps in to front door. Only reasons I have noted a 9 in 2 areas; the drive down to the house from the main road is narrow in places and some may not feel too confident. Parking is also very tight. But we got used to it and did not spoil our stay at all. bunk beds in second bedroom, so if a group of adults they may not be so comfortatble. Lots of places to visit, pretty drives and food to eat. Helpful hosts, thoughtful welcome pack and friendly neighbours. Book yourself a stay!

Lovely cottage in a very quiet location. Host provide all the essentials and kindly provided wine and biscuits to make it a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable with nice bed linens. While we didn’t have an issue the week we stayed, be aware that the on road parking could potentially be difficult as space is at a premium with the narrow roads!
