Such a relaxing holiday. The owners offer a warm welcome and are on hand if needed. There is plenty to do in the immediate area and even more within an hours drive. This includes beaches, castles, zip world, the slate museum and more. We had no problem with Cemaes beach but if you want to check the water quality we used @traethcemaes on Twitter which updates regularly. Fab cottage for both kids and dogs. Would recommend.

Carolyn & Martin are lovely hosts. Their welcome with wine and food and dog treats is so wonderful. The cottage is lovely and clean and the location is so peaceful and beautiful. Our problem lies with Cemaes Bay. Our 2 labradors were very ill both times they visited the beach. On return, I thought it would be a good idea to contact the local council to warn people, so I Googled their contact details only to find reports from 2016 in a local newspaper, The Daily Post, detailing pollution in Cemaes Bay and it being rated the worst beach in North Wales. We will not be visiting Cemaes Bay again. Sorry Carolyn & Martin, as your cottage is so lovely and your reception with the food and wine is first class. Dona & Graham

Lovely cottage there were only 2 adults and 2 dogs so the 1 bathroom was not a problem. Excellent location, a short walk to Cemaes village and beautiful beach. Very warm welcome from the owners. Garden was fully enclosed and perfect to relax in even with the dogs.
