This is the second time staying at Prideaux ( with one teenage son) and the cleanliness and amenities were second to none. There is now a second toilet within the flat which was very handy. The owner is very accommodating and is on hand should you need anything. There are lots to see and do within the area and you can get to almost anything by bus or train. Once again the weather was excellent. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay but be within a busy town then Eastbourne is ideal for that. There are lots of different restaurants in town and loads of bars. Going to London is a breeze on the train and is inexpensive if off peak. Hastings and Brighton are just a short trip by train. Although we drove there we parked the car (off street) and only used it twice in a fortnight. The bandstand is a must too with a variety of brass band and tribute acts. All in all a very enjoyable holiday.
