This was our last week before flying back to Canada. We left Eastbourne in 1967 but like to return home every few years. We have never stayed at McSweeney before always selecting the seafront but feel we will be back here, they are most helpful and offered us a cup of tea when we arrived which was most wonderful. The rooms are fantastic and large, we felt like we were in a 5star hotel.

Lovely apartment, off road parking. Bus stop outside, Waitrose and pub just up the road, lovely park just over the road, town and sea front within walking distance. Would recommend

Great apartment in great location. We did not use our car all week, taking advantage of local bus services. Centre of Eastbourne just a 10min walk away, and Waitrose a few hundred yards. Would stay again.

My husband (who is disabled) and I enjoyed a 3 night stay. It was better and more comfortable than I had expected and we would be very happy to visit again.

In a very convenient location within walking distance to shops, theatre and promenade. With essential off-road parking space just outside the ground floor flat. Very comfortable large rooms, brilliant accommodation. Warm and homely and equipped with everything you need.

The flat is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s on a busy road but we didn’t find the traffic noise intrusive and the advantage is a Waitrose a few minutes walk away, next to a lovely old pub. Bus stops are a few yards away with a regular service to the town centre and to Brighton on the other side of the road. The off street parking is another bonus.
