Very helpful owner who immediately responded to any issues. Great for dogs as away from busy roads The cottage is exactly as described.

We had a week staying in the Nuthatch cottage for our anniversary, and had a lovely time. The farm is in the middle of the country side but lots of local attractions can be reached in a short car ride away. Clean and tidy cottage with wi fi for the wife and an enclosed patio for the dog (there is a large field opposite which can be used as well). We loved the hot tub - ideal after a days exploring! The owner lives nearby if there are any issues but they weren't intrusive during our break. Great for a relaxing break. And the owners returned the security deposit the next day which was great.

We had a great weekend away and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the cottage. Before arriving we had a little trouble finding the cottage due to the time we arrived (our fault). We eventually found the cottage and Helen explained what she needed to and left us to it which was great. We found our rooms, read the files left for us and jumped straight into the hot tub. The hot tub really was the best part of the weekend. The first night we also went shopping to a supermarket which was specified in the files we read and we got everything we needed and more!. We got back and ordered a takeaway again from the files that were left. The only problem we found that was there arnt many local attractions for young groups like ourselves, we visited the shopping centre and went bowling (we found these online). After we came back, we got dinner made and jumped into the hot tub. Day after we slept in after a late night and then went out for a meal at a pub near by. I highly recommend this cottage as somewhere to go if you just want time to chill and relax without wanting to go anywhere. The owners were lovely and have very cute dogs!! Thanks you so much!

Lovely cottage. Stayed as 2 couples with 2 dogs. Field opposite was fab for letting the dogs bound about in. Close to Wrexham and Oswestry. Thoroughly enjoyed the place!!

Fantastic little cottage absolutely perfect for us and our dogs. Very impressed with the cleanliness of cottage and hot tub. Owners and their pets are all friendly without being intrusive. We were very lucky with the weather but this cottage is fully central heated and has an incredibly powerful electric heater when needed which makes this a perfect all year round option. Brilliant exercise field for the dogs in fact you really don't need to leave the site at all if you just want to relax and recharge your batteries.

We had a lovely stay thank you. It was private and peaceful in a beautiful, country setting. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub to warm, mild days. Would definitely stay again.

the cottage is down a windy country road, it really is a little gem for a location! you do have to travel for anything you wish to see or do, nothing is on the doorstep except for local shops being within 5 minute drive. The cottage itself is clean, and cozy! The shower upstairs could do with being more powerful, the downstairs one was a lot better! The amenities are basic but fine for cooking needs. Hot tub was fantastic as was the patio area, just what we needed for our little break. Overall we’d stay again! Thank you to the owners, although they keep themselves to themselves

Cottage was incredible, you literally get there and interact with nobody at all but the owners are there if needed but if not you are left alone which is perfect. Will definitely be returning here

We had a lovely couple of nights at Nuthatch Cottage. Clean and well equipped throughout. A very rural setting meant that it was blissfully quiet, with no interruptions, and only the occasional farm animal to be heard. The owners respected our privacy, and we didn't need to ask for anything extra as the cottage had all the essentials. Lovely to have a large, dog friendly play field across the driveway.
