Casa Del Tevere is a pleasant holiday apartment on the first floor of the owner’s home, who occasionally live on the ground floor, with separate entrance and a private terrace. In the garden there are various games for the children. The River Tiber flows a few hundred metres from the house and you can sunbathe on one of the pebble beaches. In front of the house there is a riverside path that crosses the natural park and there are some beautiful walks and cycle paths. The area is also perfect for bird watching, river fishing (catch and release), and horse riding can be found 5km away. On the Alpe della Luna Nature Reserve, 15km away, there are hiking trails where you can enjoy the beautiful landscape. The Adriatic beaches are 100km away, if you wish to spend a day at the seaside. The beautiful medieval towns of Anghiari, 4km, Sansepolcro, 6km, Città di Castello, 16km and Arezzo, 35km, are well worth a visit. Access to the apartment is via an unmade road and there is a second bathroom with shower available in an annexe. Shop 3km and restaurant 2km.
