Located close by to North Cornwall’s harbour villages, The Wash House is ideally based for a country and coastal holiday.

These three bright, well-fitted, semi-detached holiday cottages (refs 26911, 26912 and 26913) are set in the beautiful rolling North Cornwall countryside on the owner’s sheep and beef farm. Each cottage has been thoughtfully furnished and has a sitting-out area with a barbecue which is ideal for enjoying the beautiful views and peace and quiet.

Further down the coast is Watergate Bay, home of Jamie Oliver’s ’Fifteen’ restaurant and a long sandy beach. Newquay offers a number of sandy surfing beaches including Fistral, plus a zoo and sea life centre.
The cottages are also close to the ‘Seven Sandy Bays’ of St Merryn which are ideal for family days on the beach, and Crealy Adventure Park. Within easy driving distance are the Eden Project and some of the many beautiful gardens that Cornwall has to offer. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 1 mile.

A beautiful characterful property on a working farm. The Cornish cream tea in the kitchen was a wonderful welcome! The owners were extremely friendly and our children loved playing with their guinea pigs and watching the lambs.

A lovely break in a lovely accommodation with a cream tea welcome. Rural location but a great vase for exploring West Cornwall. Got to see lambs on the farm and good drinking water from the natural spring.

Great cottage. Perfect location for exploring North Cornwall. The cottage was lovely and clean. The heating definitely works - it was toasty warm inside! The owners were very welcoming. We would certainly stay here again.

your a little far from the local The Half Way House as its a very narrow lane and a cornish mile walk. The veiw from the farm is wonerful and Mr & Mrs Old's family very welcoming. We are planning to return sometime in the very near furture.
