This stylish, detached, converted barn is just a few hundred yards from the heart of Chipping Campden. As the main town in the north-western area of the Cotswolds of high hills and secluded coomb (with its magnificent ’wool’ church, wide market street and beautiful buildings that span at least five centuries), this would make the perfect base from which to tour and explore. With an acre of grounds and ample parking for visitors, Campden Barn offers a high level of comfort with limestone flooring in bathrooms and underfloor heating on both floors of the property.
The magnificent gardens of Kiftsgate Court and Hidcote Manor - with its lovely views over the Vale of Evesham - are not to be missed, as well as many other National Trust properties in the locality; Stratford-upon-Avon (approximately 8 miles), shops, restaurants and pubs, 200 yards.

The barn is in a super location. It's quietly situated off the main road that takes you a short walk into Chipping Camden, which has everything you need for a Cotswolds break - delis, pubs, restaurants, arts & crafts etc. The barn itself is spacious, plenty of space for the four of us, including outside. It is a little out dated and you may want to bring a sleep mask if you have one of the 'in the roof' rooms as the morning light floods in through the downstairs French doors and these rooms are open to the downstairs. The kitchen is decently equipped and easy to use. Sadly no welcome hamper and this is June 2022, so I don't think it's a Covid thing anymore. We could also have done with some maps of local walks, there is plenty of beautiful countryside all around.

The Barn is in an excellent position and is well furnished and equipped. We were lucky with fine weather which meant the barn was very warm and too warm in the upstairs bedrooms even with every window wide open.
