spacious accomodation in peaceful location. well equipped and maintained . 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges, 2 dining areas, great view over the trout pond and very large garden with play areas. hot tub in garden. wifi is a bit up and down. also some of the light bulbs needed replacing and we couldn't get the blinds in the conservatory to work. but apart from that we had a very enjoyable stay and would stay again.

Beautiful cottage.stunning views.cottage constructive feedback Dvd problem that was rectified very quickly by owners. Heating kept going off around 11pm every night so was cold.must of been on a timer.handyman was cutting branches off trees everyday in the rear garden so we had to keep a close eye on the dog due to him being protective of the kids.

We were attending a conference nearby so it wasn't a standard holiday but we loved Cairns, particularly the amount of public space in the house and managed to make use of the hot tub twice, once in the dark and once at sunrise - very enjoyable. We all hope to come back some day, either together as friends or individually with our respective families. Haven't commented on local amenities as we didn't investigate them apart from the local Chinese carry out (menu in Cairns) which was very good (but I don't think does deliveries)

This cottage is absolutley fantastic. It is ideal for families with children as there is lots of out door space, with swings, climbing frame and lots of games for all ages. The views are spectacular! The cottage is spotless, spacious and very well equiped. Sitting in the hot tub of an evening looking out at the countryside was blissfull. My dog loved running round the huge garden. You need to stay in this cottage as the pictures dont do it justice. We will be back!!

I loved the cairns. If you want peace and quiet the cairns is the place to go. The only reason I did not give it a ten was because the grass was cut 4 times while we were there and I nearly got caught in the bathroom by the man who used to come every day to water the tomatoes round the back. But that aside it a lovely wee cottage lots of garden swings for the kids a safe field behind the cottage for them to play in. Not forgetting the hot tub which was serviced every day and was spotless. I have grand children and would have no hesitation to recommend the cairns as a place to go.

This was our 2nd stay at Cairns and once again beautiful location and the views overlooking the trout pond were fantastic. Everything you need is very close to Cairns in Blairgowrie and Alyth but you would think you were the only ones for miles once back at Cairns. Three well sized bedrooms and two bathrooms so no one in each other's way with also a large living room and dining room space for everyone. It does say that you can fish for trout using the rods provided but unfortunately they were broken. The only one very small moan I would have is I know the bungalow and garden are large and hard to maintenance when Cairns is always occupied but I think the gardener should only really come once in a week come to do the gardening even tho discreet it feels slightly evasion of privacy. But it won't stop us going back next year. Denisa thanks for all your help again.
