We enjoyed a week at Caban Coed with family for 60th birthday celebration. there was 7 adults 1 baby and one 4 year old. Overall the cottage coped well with our needs. It does need an update, and we would describe the furniture and fittings as "rustic". Despite this the beds were comfortable and the layout generally worked ok for us. It could do with more up to date comfy seating on the decking and in the lounge area. The owners were speedy when asked to repair a tap and a step inside property. We felt that as it was priced lower than other properties for that number of people, it was value for money. The separate games room was well kept and we had some fun with the table tennis and table football. the zip wire in the field caused some laughter too. Location is good with easy access to Bangor and beyond. We all enjoyed beaches at Anglesey and trips to Llandudno. would generally recommend and there is talk of returning.

We had a fantastic stay at Caban Coed. The cottage had everything we needed and is in a lovely peaceful area. We loved the games room with the pool table, table football and table tennis. We explored the fields round the farm following a map we found in the information folder to look at the lovely views. It was a nice surprise to find a zip line and swing in the field across from the front of the cottage. We enjoyed meeting Millie the dog who would visit us daily.
