What we love

Description

Caban Bach is a cosy and charming holiday lodge with views out towards open countryside. Just 5 miles from Betws-y-Coed and close to Snowdon’s walking trail.

Ground Floor:
3 steps to entrance. All on the ground floor.
Living room: With electric coal-effect fire, 28" Freeview TV, DVD player and CD player.
Kitchen/dining area: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and tiled floor.
Bedroom: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.

Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and BBQ. ½ acre of woodland. 1 small dog welcome. Bike store by arrangement. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.

This cosy detached property for two sits at the foot of Clogwyn Mawr in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. Relax with a glass of wine enjoying the view out over the mountains. There are pubs within walking distance and the Plas y Brenin National Mountaineering Centre is close by. It’s only a few miles to Snowdon itself (Eryri in Welsh) – you can take the spectacular scenic drive to Llanberis and either walk up or catch a train to the summit. In the other direction is the pretty village of Betws-y-Coed with a range of individual shops, lower level walks in the Gwydyr Forest, and perhaps the opportunity to hear a Welsh male voice choir in concert during the summer. The Isle of Anglesey and Llyn Peninsula are also easily accessible from here and a great destination for a day trip. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 300 yards.
