This original semi-detached shepherds cottage, which dates back to the early 1800s, has been lovingly restored to a high standard.

There are an abundance of wild birds which can be seen, such as peregrines, kestrels and red kites to name but a few. There is a lovely country pub located 1½ miles from the property, and it is just a short walk from the Lliw Reservoir. Enjoy the fabulous views of the scenic landscape of Mynydd y Gwair (Hay Mountain), with views of the Gower Peninsular to the south with its golden beaches, only 15 miles away, and the Brecon Beacons National Park to the north. Why not just kick back and relax in front of the multi-fuel burner, no slippers needed here as the underfloor heating will toast your toes. Beach 15 miles. Shop 7 miles, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
