The cottage is in a beautiful location and just 5 minutes walk from the beach at Church Bay. The views from the upstairs living room are great. Having bedrooms upstairs and downstairs was ideal for us as we took our daughter and 2 year old granddaughter along (who likes to get up very early !) so we got to have a little longer in bed . Everything is there if you have a toddler (except a high chair which we thought strange) . There are chairs for the garden which are handy as well as a bench set outside and all the kitchen equipment you will need . Church Bay is lovely and clean with rockpools for little kids ( and big ones as well ) to explore . The beach is very clean . If you like seafood you have to try the Lobster Pot in Church Bay and the fish pie from the Wavecrest Cafe across the road both excellent.

Fab holiday- beautiful location. Quiet and peaceful. Views to die for. Cottage spacious, extremely clean and well equipped. Would certainly come back. Just a pity the pub doesn’t do food

Quite isolated, but beautiful views. Let down by a lack of cleanliness and upkeep - we had to remove dead flies from the en-suite, wash all the cutlery (and tray) before use and there were crumbs under the furniture. There are also a number of DIY jobs that need doing, including repainting, filling cracks and fixing loose kitchen panels. All of these items detract from the “luxury” nature of this property.

We have stayed at this beautiful cottage 3 times now. It provides a high standard of accommodation and is located a short walk from a stunning sandy bay ideal for dogs and kids all year round. Definitely a 'off the beaten track' place to escape!

The house was not clean. The kitchen had to be cleaned by us. The fridge did not close so all my food was iced over. The freezer did not close either. The beds were uncomfortable. It’s such shame
