Very. Well equipped, everything supplied no scrimping, was all we hoped for, just a bit out of the way.

Lovely cottage in a peaceful quaint village with a friendly pub on the doorstep. Tasty cake and flowers to welcome us. Plenty of kitchen equipment, dvds games and books and a bbq & patio furniture to enjoy the garden. Only slight problem was the bright sun waking us up far too early - perhaps get some thicker curtains or a blind.

Situated in a quaint village. Everyone is very friendly and the location of the cottage was fantastic as you can get to East Devon and Dorset in less than an hour. We felt at home at this cottage very comfortable indeed we would stay again and recommend it too.

The cottage was warm and comfortable but the cleanliness was poor. We made the owner aware of this and hopefully it will improve.
