Well-equipped, clean and comfortable lodge in a very good location on the edge of Keswick. The nearby pub, the Pheasant Inn, served excellent food (make sure you book in advance as it was full on each night we used it) and it is only a 10 - 15 minutes pleasant walk into town along the river. Plenty of good walking and climbing in the area, including around Derwent Water, Cat Bells and Latrigg, all of which we did without needing to use the car. We're already contemplating another visit!

We booked Osprey lodge as it was near to Keswick. The beds were comfy. The lodge was clean and had all the facilities we needed. The views were stunning. Definitely worth the 8 hour drive to get there from where we live. Planning our next visit now and will definitely stay in Osprey lodge again
