Fabulous views from the rear of the house but the main road at the front was noisy. The house had everything for adults and teenagers and was comfortable . Only one bathroom made mornings with six occupants rather time consuming . The house smelt musty and damp on arrival and we felt that a more thorough clean was needed and airing the house would have avoided the initial impression. This did not spoil our enjoyment of the house or holiday , however, and we found that it was in a very convenient and lovely position for the activities that we wanted to do. Parking the cars was tricky down a narrow driveway but two cars could park at the rear of the house with guidance or on the pavement in front of the house.

The house was in a lovely position and within short distance of Llandudno , Conwy and Colwyn Bay. The owner was very kind in allowing us to gain access earlier than originally thought and we were able to leave at any time during our last day. Unfortunately, there were areas that needed attention and it needed a thorough spring clean due to cobwebs everywhere. However, the house was dog and child friendly with lots of DVD's and games. The kitchen was very well equipped too. I would stay here again and hope to revisit in the future. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely short break at the cottage which is very well situated for local amenities and attractions. Very comfortable and well equipped. The cottage has a small extra room with 2 chairs and a TV upstairs (my teenage boys enjoyed this). The cottage benefits from a fabulous view of the estuary. Binoculars are provided and one can see a wide variety of unusual birds. Would recommend.
