Great cottage perfect location for us. Had everything we needed. Gift of fudge and milk much appreciated. I wouldnt say the stairs are that steep so don't let that reference in the blurb put you off. A lovely cottage very spacious. .

As said in other reviews it is on a busy road so a lot of traffic noise mornings and evenings. It looked a bit neglected to us cleaning wise, the bath seal is mouldy and generally a little grubby. Make sure you take wood and matches for the fire as we were left 3 logs as a starter which wouldn't last an evening. We have rented a number of cottages and they have always left the basics there for us tea, coffee, sugar etc but not at this one so take your own with you. Also £10 for WiFi seems a little excessive these days so we didn't use that as there is a very good phone signal. We highligly I recommend the ship pub accross the road ,good food and dog friendly. The beach is great and while you are there take a drive to hell's mouth on a windy day and watch the waves crashing in.

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your comments and so pleased you enjoyed Llanbedrog’s beautiful beach and village. Bryn Tirion is on a B-road and there is free parking for residents 50 yards down the road. From the car park, should you choose to take the short walk to the beach, there is a pavement all the way down this road.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely village with a stunning beach. The ship inn just a few doors down serving great food. Everything you need for a good relaxing holiday.

The cottage is near a lovely village and nice beach but is sat on a very busy main road with no pavements. We were woken by lorries, buses, tractors and even cars speeding through from early am every day and this continues all day. It has a good sized garden and is walkable to the village. The village had two nice pubs. Lovely owners.

Good location. The road is busy but not at night. The cottage needs a bit of TLC. the garden needs tidying and some new garden furniture. The front would benefit from a tidy and a few pots with flowers for a better first impression.

Lovely location and good size cottage. Our family of 6 enjoyed the stay. Access to a beautiful bay with a beach in walking distance. Good restaurant bar, walking trails and art gallery also in close proximity of the beach.
